When darkness is all around you
Does it make sense to close your eyes.
It doesnt make much difference, does it?
If only light would come in,
If only I could see something,
If only I could escape from the darkness,
If only I could make my way to light.
Then I would die happy, with my eyes open
Knowing that light will remain,
For those whom I leave behind.
